To ensure that quality education comes first, the Partido State University submitted voluntarily to AACUP (Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities of the Philippines six of its programs last February 27, 2004.

After a thorough evaluation of the different areas, the Bachelor in Secondary Education (BSED) and Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEED) were both granted the Level II status valid for three years, while the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA), Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), Bachelor of Science in Enterpreneurship (BSEnt) and Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (BSF) were candidate status or Level I and (after its one-year validity they can be candidate for Level II.
